“Rebecca was a pleasure to work with. Not only is she extremely talented but she’s also kind, patient and fun to work with. Our project was not an easy one to execute. In a nutshell, we had to come up with a design to accommodate three kids into one bedroom. We live in a typical down town Toronto home so the space she had to work with was less than ideal. Somehow she pulled it off and the final result is spectacular. The floor plan is perfect. It makes the room feel larger. We added built ins for additional storage as well as a rad cover which doubles as a bed side table (genius). All in all it is absolute perfection. My favourite part though, is the wallpaper. Since our ceilings are slanted she suggested we wallpaper the walls as well as the ceiling. The outcome is magical.

She took care of everything from sourcing, to ordering products. She coordinated all the trades and took care of the final setup. I couldn’t have asked for more in a designer. It is legitimately our favourite room in the house. The kids just love spending time in there. This room is a dream come true and I’m looking forward to working with Rebecca again in the future.”

“Rebecca at Maison Ellie helped make our adoption dream come true! My husband and I adopted a baby girl in early June 2020. The birth mom picked us a week before she gave birth so we had two weeks to setup the room and buy all of the baby essentials. As soon as we found out about the match, I contacted Rebecca and explained our very particular and sensitive situation. From the very start, she was so helpful, understanding, professional and knowledgeable. Since we were pressed for time, she sent us her design plans ASAP and delivered such quality. She was able to bring my dreams to life and having her involved in the nursery design really helped me psychologically prepare for this big arrival.
